You & i Belong
My Story

Hi, I’m Nagita Sinha, Mentor Coach and Trainer
I am a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy®, and Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy. My journey has been diverse and fulfilling, spanning over two decades in customer service, business ownership, and mentoring. From managing teams of young adults to running successful businesses, including owning Australia’s #1 Bubble Tea store, I’ve cultivated resilience, empathy, and a deep understanding of human behavior.
As an Australian-born Fijian Indian, I have a profound appreciation for diversity and inclusion. Creating spaces where everyone feels valued, understood, and empowered is at the heart of everything I do.
I’m a proud mother of two boys, one of whom is non-verbal with ASD. Parenting a neurodiverse child has taught me invaluable lessons in patience, listening, and navigating the unique joys and challenges of raising both neurotypical and special needs children. These experiences shape my approach to mentoring, coaching, and training, as I understand the importance of tailored support for individuals and families.
Connecting with people is my passion. I love hearing their stories, dreams, and challenges and working with them to unlock their untapped potential. My tailored programs and workshops address areas such as emotional regulation, managing overstimulation, building resilience, and supporting learning challenges. I also provide training and support for teachers and parents to create positive, balanced environments at school and home.
I work with children, teens, young adults, parents, families, and educators, offering practical tools to foster growth and overcome life’s challenges. Whether it’s empowering confidence, supporting personal development, or creating inclusive spaces, my work is rooted in the belief that we all have the tools within us to thrive.
On a personal note, Bollywood music and movies bring me joy, and I find immense fulfillment in creative outlets like music, dance, and art. I love spicy food, laughter, and play, and I’m a huge fan of the show Friends. My personal growth journey has been about reconnecting with the parts of myself I had forgotten—a path I encourage everyone to explore.
Let’s connect, laugh, and grow together. There’s so much we can achieve, and I’m here to help you every step of the way.
